Noorlaksmita YR 2018083024: The fast-paced, cutting-edge development of the aviation industry pushes all of its aspects, including its education and training program, to keep moving forward. In the training phase, major attention is accustomed to the new requirements of future flight attendants. Due to the continuous effort to increase cabin service quality, better communication skills must be upheld. Consequently, speaking skills, the most significant part of public speaking and customer service area, are non-arguably the first aim. This study is intended to find out how is the process of developing the basic English learning materials for flight attendant candidates of FAAST Penerbangan and its efficacy. The method is adjusted RnD which contains planning, executing, and revising. The results are the learning material was developed successfully since many students have succeeded in passing the English tests of several airlines.
