PENGARUH CASH RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, RETURN ON ASSETS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DENGAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Abstrak

The development and progress of the banking sub-sector in Indonesia is very rapid. This study was conducted to determine the effect of cash ratio, DER and ROA on dividend policy and moderation of company size. The research method is quantitative with a sample of 12 banking sub-sectors.

The sampling technique is through purposive sampling method. The measuring instrument used is descriptive statistical anaylsis and data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression anaylsis, hypothesis testing and MRA test using SPSS version 22 software analysis.

The results of the research analysis prove that cash position and ROA have no effect on dividend policy. Meanwwhile, DER affects dividend policy. Then company size is able to moderate the effect of ROA and cash position on dividend policy, on the other hand company size does not moderate DER on dividend policy.
