This study aims to: 1) To find out whether Leadership influences Employee Performance in the BPJS Employment Branch of Yogyakarta. 2) To find out whether Organizational Culture has an effect on Employee Performance in Yogyakarta's BPJS Employment Branch 3) To find out whether Leadership influences Organizational Culture in the Yogyakarta BPJS Employment Branch. 4) To find out whether Leadership and Organizational Culture of Motivation have an effect on jointly on Employee Performance at BPJS Employment in Yogyakarta Branch
This study begins with data collection using questionnaires conducted at BPJS Employment Yogyakarta Branch. The population of this research is all employees in BPJS Employment Branch Yogyakarta, amounting to 50 people with sampling using the census method. Data analysis used validity and reliability test, normality assumption test, heterokesdasticity test and multicollinearity test. Only after that is done a multiple linear regression test.
The results of the study, from the regression analysis obtained results, namely: 1) There is an influence of leadership and organizational culture together on employee performance. The influence of the leadership variables and organizational culture together on performance is 67.2%. This means that leadership and organizational culture synergize for the realization of higher employee performance, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership and organizational culture partially on employee performance. This means that the better leadership, employee performance increases and the better the organizational culture, the performance will also be higher
