Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karwayan Melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai Variabel Intervening  Pada CV Diar Rahma Wonosari

Abstrak

The objective of the researcher is to examine the variables of job satisfaction, work environment on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable on CV Diar Rahma Wonosari. Samples were taken by population sampling method. From 82 questionnaires distributed. Research results show that Job Satisfaction variable has positive and significant effect on OCB, and there is a positive and significant influence on the Work Environment variable with OCB, Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, there is a negative and insignificant influence on the Work Environment variable with Performance Employees, OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance mediated by OCB behavior has a significant influence, besides that there is also a significant influence on the Work Environment variable on Employee Performance in mediating OCB behavior.
