This study aims to examine the effect of competence, discipline, and compensation on the performance of employees at the mother and child hospital for fostering people's welfare. The method used in this research is collecting questionnaires. The population in this study were employees at the mother and child hospital for the welfare of the people, totaling 60 respondents who were also used as research samples. From the results of calculations that partially there is a positive influence on employee performance at the mother and child hospital fostering the welfare of the people. This is proven by the competency variable having a t count of 2.315 and a significance of 0.024 so that the significance value is less than 0.05, so that there is a significant partial effect of the competency variable on performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at the mother and child hospital for fostering the welfare of the Muhammadiyah community in Kotagede. This is evidenced by the disciplinary variable having a t-count value of 2.242 and a significance of 0.029 so that the significance value is less than 0.05, so that there is a significant partial effect of the disciplinary variable on performance. Compensation for the positive influence of employee performance at the mother and child hospital for fostering the welfare of the Muhammadiyah community in Kotagede. This is evidenced by the variable compensation variable has a t value of 2.794 and a significance of 0.007 so that the significance value is less than 0.05, so that there is a significant partial effect of the compensation variable on performance. The regression coefficient value of 0.620 indicates a positive influence, meaning that the higher the compensation value, the performance will increase and vice versa. So it can be concluded that competence, discipline, and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance at the mother and child hospital for fostering the welfare of Muhammadiyah people in Kotagede.
