IKM WL Aluminum is a business entity that focuses on the aluminum foundry industry. On the other hand, aluminum casting activities also have a fairly high risk that threatens the sustainability of the company's business processes in various aspects. Risk assessment using the HIRADC approach, it was found that the risk control efforts provided included engineering control, administrative control and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Based on the classification of the level of fatigue based on the guttmen on the measurement of work fatigue before controlling using the Kuesioner Alat Ukur Perasaan Kelelahan Kerja (KAUPK2), a total score of 50%-100% was obtained which means that there is a feeling of work fatigue experienced by workers in the aluminum casting process. After the implementation of hazard risk control in the work area, a total score of 0-50% can be said that there is no feeling of work fatigue experienced by the workers. The decrease in work fatigue experienced by workers in the aluminum casting process in the WL Aluminum production area is influenced by the use of PPE, drinking water in the work area and changing rest habits.
