PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS DENGAN MEDIASI MOTIVASI INTRINSIK (Studi Pada PT. Hutan Rindang Banua)

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on productivity by mediating work motivation (a case study at PT. Hutan Rindang Banua). In this study using quantitative methods by processing primary data through a questionnaire given to employees of PT. Banua Shady Forest as many as 50 respondents using census techniques. The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 22. The analysis used in this research includes instrument test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, single test and determination coefficient test.

Based on the results of research tests found, namely: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation among employees of PT. Banua Shady Forest. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation among employees of PT. Banua Shady Forest. (3) Compensation has no positive and significant effect on the productivity of the employees of PT. Banua Shady Forest. (4) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on productivity of the employees of PT. Banua Shady Forest. (5) Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on productivity of the employees of PT. Banua Shady Forest.
